Answers before you book a cleaning in Boston
Everything people usually ask us. If your question isn't here, send it on WhatsApp.
What services does JC Cleaning of Home offer?
House cleaning (regular and deep), Airbnb and rental turnovers, exterior house cleaning (siding, windows, doors and entries) and pressure washing (driveways, walkways, patios, decks and steps). We also clean apartments and the common areas of buildings.
Which cities do you serve?
Boston (including Brighton and Allston), Cambridge, Somerville, Newton, Revere, Brockton and Milford, MA. If your town is close by, ask us on WhatsApp.
How much does a cleaning cost?
Each job is different, so we give free estimates instead of a fixed price list. Send photos and a short description on WhatsApp to (857) 258-6271, or request a free quote online. There is no fee for the estimate visit.
Do you offer same-day cleaning?
When the schedule allows, yes. Message us early with your town and what you need, and we tell you right away.
What are your hours?
Every day from 8 AM to 6 PM.
Do you speak Portuguese?
Yes. We serve customers in English and Portuguese.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many customers give us access and go to work. We agree on the details beforehand.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring our own products, vacuums and professional pressure washing equipment. For outside work we usually connect to your outdoor water spigot.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Tell us what was missed and we come back and fix it at no cost.
Can you clean the inside and outside in the same visit?
Yes, and many customers do. We quote everything together so you have one estimate and one team.
Do you work with Airbnb hosts?
Yes. We do turnovers between guests, keep you updated on WhatsApp and let you know if something is broken or running low.
How can I pay?
Cash, check or Zelle.
