Quote requests
A request sent on this website is a request for an estimate, not a booking. A cleaning is scheduled only when we confirm a day with you by WhatsApp, text, phone or email.
Estimates
Estimates are free and there is no fee for an estimate visit. The final price depends on the size, condition and details of the job, and we agree on it with you before we start.
Stains and surfaces
We work to remove dirt, stains, mold and residue, but complete removal can't always be guaranteed. Some stains, rust, oil, etching and old damage can be permanent. We tell you before we start when we expect that.
If something was missed
If something we agreed to clean was missed, tell us and we will come back and fix it at no cost.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a scheduled cleaning, message or call (857) 258-6271 as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.
Payment
We accept cash, check and Zelle.
Access and preparation
Please make sure we can access the areas to be cleaned, and put away fragile or valuable items. For outside work, we usually need access to an outdoor water spigot.
