Who provides the linens and supplies?
Most hosts keep their own linens, towels and guest supplies in the unit. We use them to set up the place and let you know when something runs low.
Will you tell me if something is damaged?
Yes. If we find something broken, missing or dirty beyond normal use, we send you a message on WhatsApp, with a photo if possible.
Do you clean the outside of rentals too?
Yes. We also wash siding and entries and pressure wash walkways, patios and decks, which helps your listing photos and first impression.
